Win The Morning, Win The Day
Win The Morning, Win The Day is a free weekly community sea dip at Branksome Beach - every Friday morning at 7am. No booking is required.
We meet on the Promenade, by the car park and start with a gentle, walk, jog run along the promenade to warm up naturally followed by a dip in the sea and a coffee + chat.
This is a dip rather than a swim and we stay in the water for around the same number of minutes as the sea temperature. We use this as a guide - especially in the winter months and it also depends on the conditions and the weather.
If you have time, stay for a coffee and meet new friends! If you have to get back, you can be finished in 30ish minutes.
Expect exhilaration, incredible sunrises, laughter, encouragement and connection!
